Methodology

AgentSift is an independent enterprise-focused directory. Rankings are editorial. We do not accept payment for placement.

Sources

Every product fact links to a public source — usually vendor documentation, the vendor website, an independent test, or a case study — with a last-checked date. Facts without a public source are labeled "not stated".

Verification labels

  • Unverified — profile drafted but not source-checked
  • Source-verified — every fact traces to a public source we checked
  • Vendor-claimed — a work-email verified vendor rep manages non-editorial fields
  • Editorially reviewed — an AgentSift analyst has reviewed the profile in depth
  • Pilot-tested — AgentSift has run at least one managed pilot with this agent

Matching score

Agents are pre-filtered on hard requirements (deployment, mandatory integrations, autonomy), then scored on:

  • Workflow and outcome fit — 30%
  • Integration compatibility — 20%
  • Deployment, data and security fit — 20%
  • Evidence quality — 15%
  • Pricing and implementation fit — 10%
  • Vendor support and pilot availability — 5%

Recommendation explanations are AI-generated from database facts and reviewed by an AgentSift analyst before release. The AI is not permitted to invent product capabilities, certifications, pricing or customer references.

Featured listings

Featured slots highlight profiles the editorial team believes are underrepresented for a specific workflow. Featured status never changes organic recommendation rankings and never affects matching scores.
